Editing wall art products one by one can be time consuming. Fortunately, Zno supports editing multiple wall art prints in a single project, making it easier to design, edit, and order multiple products in one workflow.
Why does this matter?
In real photography workflows, wall art isn’t just “one product → one order”.
It’s usually:
- a set of matching prints
- different sizes for the same session
- or even mixed products across canvas, acrylic, and metal
So the workflow is rarely linear. And professional photographers often really need to create, edit, and order several wall art pieces in one place.
How to Get Started
Getting started is simple. Open any Zno Wall Art product page and click Create to enter the editor.
Create your first print as usual, then use + Add Product to add more wall art items to the same project.
What’s new in the Wall Art Editor?
#1 Add Product
Now you can add more than one wall art item inside a single project. So instead of rebuilding new projects every time, you can simply expand the existing one and keep the entire collection together.
To get started, just enter any Zno wall art product page and click Create to open the editor. When a project starts with one item, you’ll now see a + Add Product option in the top bar. From there, you can quickly add another wall art print into the same project without restarting the workflow.
And then, the new item keeps the same product type and settings by default, which is especially helpful when you’re building matching wall art sets or multiple client orders. You can also edit the new items and change the types and specs in the All Products view. Let’s move on.
#2 All Products view
Once a project has multiple items, it switches into the All Products view. This is basically your multiple wall arts workspace.
From here, you can:
- See all the wall art items together
- Add more or delete items
- Upload and assign images faster
- Drag and drop photos directly onto blank prints
- Click the edit icon to adjust product types and specs for individual items
In detail, you can drag images directly onto empty prints, click to upload and apply, or quickly assign from existing images on the right panel. Need to change the product type or size? Just click the Edit icon on a wall art item to update the product specs and settings for that specific print.
Actually, this is where the biggest workflow improvement happens, because you’re no longer jumping between separate product pages. In the All Products view, multi-item projects are displayed with a centralized preview, allowing you to see all wall art prints together at once. This makes it easier to evaluate visual balance, ensure image consistency, and check the storytelling flow across the entire set, while still giving you the flexibility to switch to a single-item preview whenever a more detailed inspection is needed.
#3 Single Print view
Even with multi-item editing, you can still switch back to Single Print view anytime for more detailed adjustments.
Because sometimes you still need precision work on a specific wall art piece, especially when checking crop, sizing, or product styling.
In Single Print view, you can focus on one item at a time and make individual edits without affecting the rest of the collection.
From the left-side Options panel, you can:
- Change the wall art product type,
- Adjust print surface options,
- Update sizes and specifications,
- Customize more product details for the selected item
You can also:
- reposition the image,
- fine-tune crop and composition,
- rotate the artwork,
- and preview the final presentation more closely.
So if the All Products view is designed for faster collection building, Single Print view is where you handle the detailed finishing work.
Actually, this balance is what makes the new workflow much more practical for professional photographers — you can move quickly when building multiple wall arts, but still keep full creative control when refining individual prints.
Where does this also apply in your workflow?
This upgrade doesn’t just improve the editor — it also makes multi-item projects easier to manage across Cart, Projects, and Orders.
Projects with multiple wall art prints now display as grouped collections with stacked previews, so you can quickly recognize that the order contains a full wall art set instead of a single print.
In Orders, each wall art item is also displayed separately with its own preview and SKU name. This makes it much easier to review collections, confirm product details, and check exactly what’s included in a client order.
